I think what makes a good photograph is one that has a meaning, or captured by someone that thinks it has a meaning. You don't just walk around taking pictures of the most random things, you take photographs of something that is a part of you or tells a story. That's what good photographs are.
1. I liked shooting light and shadow photographs because shadows made really cool pictures, but the way certain lights shone on subjects are also what created cool shadows.
2. It was hard to find subjects that cast a cool shadow, because a lot of things were basically shaped as squares or cool ones were hard to see. 3. I had a success with photographing trees, people, or objects that weren't completely solid. 4. I enjoyed mostly looking at cool shadows things made, while at certain angles the light was shining. I also enjoyed photographing my sisters shadow when she tried doing a cheer pose. Many photographs that are taken mean something to someone. For many photographers, a picture is a memory they have that they have decided to keep. A camera allows us to save something that we see that may be important or in the future be a good memory to us, and keep it forever. In other words, a picture is a memory that allow us to see it with our eyes more then once and forever.
A photographer doesn't just walk around taking pictures of a million things just because, they take pictures of things they love, that has a meaning, or makes them happy. All of those things are apart of loving life. So in order to take a picture you have to love life.
